Contract vehicles and procurement routes.

Federal evaluators look for contract-vehicle availability before they look at anything else. This page lists the current state of each route candidly — what's available today, what's in motion, and what's routed through a channel partner. The briefing call confirms the specific path for your environment.

Procurement routes to CybrIQ broken into four lanes flowing from CybrIQ as one product. Federal via Carahsoft (the named federal channel partner): GSA Multiple Award Schedule available via Carahsoft today; NASA SEWP V and SEWP VI via Carahsoft's SEWP prime position; NIH CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP4 via Carahsoft and other primes; 2GIT Air Force BPA via Carahsoft's Air Force position; ESI BPA, ITES-SW2, and other DoD-specific vehicles Carahsoft-routed where positioned. Marketplace channels live today: Microsoft Azure Marketplace listing for transactable procurement; ServiceNow Store certified application at Select Partner Build level — when to use is for agencies and contractors already transacting via these marketplaces, no new vendor onboarding required. State and local: NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing; state cooperative contracts including Texas DIR, California CMAS, New York OGS, Michigan MiDEAL, and others; E-Rate for K-12 and libraries with eligibility under evaluation; direct state contracts state-by-state. Direct: direct PO with no contract vehicle required, for pilot scoping or below-threshold acquisitions. Same product across every route — software plus reference library subscription. The contract vehicle is the procurement instrument; the deployment shape is unchanged.

Federal — direct vehicles

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

Status: Available via Carahsoft today; direct listing under evaluation. Agencies needing GSA MAS today can transact through Carahsoft, which holds the relevant Schedule and SIN positions. CybrIQ is also evaluating a direct MAS path; timing is company-side and not gated by FedRAMP. The briefing call covers Carahsoft routing for your environment now and direct-listing timing as it becomes concrete.

Federal — via Carahsoft (named channel partner)

Carahsoft is CybrIQ's named federal channel partner. Most federal contract vehicles below are reachable via Carahsoft's existing prime contracts; an agency that already procures through Carahsoft can transact through that established relationship without standing up a new vendor.

NASA SEWP V / SEWP VI

Status: Available via Carahsoft. CybrIQ does not hold a direct prime SEWP contract; the route is through Carahsoft, which carries SEWP as a prime. The briefing call confirms the specific contract category and task-order shape for your agency.

NIH CIO-SP3 / CIO-SP4

Status: Available via Carahsoft and other primes. CybrIQ routes through prime contractors holding the appropriate task-order categories. The briefing call confirms the right prime for your environment.

2GIT (2nd Generation Information Technology)

Status: Available via Carahsoft. 2GIT routing through Carahsoft's Air Force BPA position. Relevant for DoD environments that procure under this vehicle.

ESI BPA, ITES-SW2, other DoD-specific vehicles

Status: Carahsoft-routed where Carahsoft is positioned. Coverage varies by vehicle and task-order category. The briefing call confirms the active route for the vehicle your acquisition team prefers.

State & Local

NASPO ValuePoint

Status: Cooperative-purchasing path under discussion. NASPO ValuePoint routing through participating-state cooperative-purchasing partners. State-specific availability varies; the briefing call confirms what's accessible from your state.

State cooperative-purchasing contracts

Status: State-by-state. Where state IT cooperative-purchasing programs exist (Texas DIR, California CMAS, New York OGS, Michigan MiDEAL, others), CybrIQ routes through resellers holding the state contract. Specific availability is confirmed during the SLED briefing call.

E-Rate (K-12 and libraries)

Status: Eligibility under evaluation. E-Rate Priority 2 (internal connections) covers certain hardware-inventory and network-management categories. CybrIQ is software, which falls into a different eligibility profile than hardware. The briefing call covers the actual eligibility shape for your district's environment.

Marketplace channels (live today)

Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Status: Listing live. Agencies and prime contractors that transact through Azure Marketplace (including via the Microsoft Customer Agreement for Government) can procure through that route. The Marketplace transaction does not change the product's deployment shape — customer-installed remains customer-installed.

ServiceNow Store

Status: Certified application available (Select Partner — Build level). Agencies and contractors that already procure adjacent technology through the ServiceNow Store can transact and integrate through that channel.

Direct purchase

Direct PO (no contract vehicle)

Direct purchase orders below the agency's micro-purchase threshold are the simplest path for pilot scoping or small-scope deployments. The briefing call walks the direct-PO shape against your acquisition limits and whether a vehicle is required.

What we ship under each route

Regardless of vehicle, CybrIQ ships the same thing: software (RoomIQ for room-level scope, SpacesIQ for building/multi-site scope) plus the reference-library subscription. Deployment posture is the same — agency-installed, no vendor cloud, read-only switch access via SNMP, no agents on managed assets. The contract vehicle is the procurement instrument; the product is unchanged.
