CybrIQ runs alongside the stack you already have.

CybrIQ is additive, not a replacement. The platform feeds Layer 1 evidence into the AV control systems, network fabric, security tooling, and ITSM workflows already running in the customer environment. Below is the integration set the platform ships with, organized by where each one sits in your stack.

The lists below are a sample. CybrIQ's Device DNA™ fingerprint library covers more than 750 million validated devices today and grows continuously as new signatures are added. If a specific vendor or model matters to your environment and you do not see it called out, the platform almost certainly already knows it.

AV Channel

AV control systems & codecs.

CybrIQ ships through the AV integrator channel. The platform validates every device behind every codec without changing how the room is controlled.

Crestron

Codec, control system, and room scheduling validated at Layer 1. RoomIQ attaches as a recurring SKU on every Crestron room shipped.

Extron

Same Layer 1 validation across Extron-controlled rooms. The integrator's existing room program continues unchanged.

Q-SYS

Q-SYS Core, peripherals, and accessory hardware fingerprinted continuously. Room operations stay on the Q-SYS console.

Poly by HP

Poly by HP codecs and accessory hardware validated at the wire. Project sign-off includes the per-room evidence pack.

Neat

Neat Bar, Neat Frame, Neat Pad, and the rest of the Neat lineup fingerprinted continuously. The room operates as configured in Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms; CybrIQ adds the Layer 1 evidence the integrator and the CISO both need.

Logitech

Logitech room kits, cameras, and accessories fingerprinted. Drift caught when an accessory is swapped or substituted.

Cisco Webex

Webex room-system endpoints validated alongside other AV gear, mapped to the same per-room evidence record.

Network

Switch fabric & wireless.

CybrIQ reads from the existing network. No replacement gear, no rip-and-replace. The platform supports the major enterprise switch and wireless vendors out of the box.

Cisco Catalyst

Per-port fingerprinting and risk scoring across Catalyst 2960, 9000-series, and Meraki MS lines. Native scan engines.

Aruba (HPE)

Aruba CX, ProCurve, and Mobility Controllers supported. Per-port evidence rolls up into the same per-floor record.

Juniper

EX-series and other Juniper switching covered. CybrIQ's net-poller framework ships with Juniper credentials handling.

Extreme Networks

Extreme switching covered through the same scan-engine architecture; Extreme-managed wireless on the same record.

Meraki

Meraki MS switches and MR APs supported via the cloud-management plane. CybrIQ pulls topology and credentials directly from the cloud-management plane.

Cisco WLC

Wireless LAN Controllers integrated for visibility into wireless-attached devices and roaming sessions.

Security & SIEM

Security operations stack.

CybrIQ feeds Layer 1 events into the SOC's existing pipeline. The detection signal goes where the SOC already looks.

Splunk

Drift events, device-detection records, and audit-evidence updates streamed via Splunk HEC. Pre-built dashboard pack on request.

Microsoft Sentinel

Native connector forwards events into Sentinel for analytics and SOAR playbook orchestration.

CrowdStrike

CybrIQ pulls CrowdStrike inventory and risk data and correlates it with Layer 1 device records for cross-stack visibility.

SentinelOne

Device records cross-referenced with SentinelOne agent-based inventory; gaps flagged as Layer 1 anomalies.

Cisco ISE

NAC events and policy decisions correlated with CybrIQ's per-port fingerprint record. Integrator-friendly for ISE customers.

Forescout

Forescout NAC and CybrIQ Layer 1 visibility run side-by-side. CybrIQ's evidence feeds Forescout's policy engine where useful.

Syslog (CEF / LEEF)

Standard syslog dispatch for any SIEM the customer runs. Configurable severity, formatting, and destination per environment.

ITSM & GRC

Tickets & compliance program.

Drift events open tickets where the operations team already works. Audit evidence flows into the GRC platform of record.

ServiceNow

Incidents, problems, and change records opened automatically when CybrIQ identifies actionable drift. ITSM-aligned.

Jira / Atlassian

Drift events open Jira tickets in the team's existing workflow. SLA timers honor the customer's incident-response contract.

Vanta

Per-device evidence streamed into Vanta's compliance program for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control validation.

Drata

Same evidence shape into Drata for customers running their compliance program there. Continuous attestation.

Archer (RSA)

Enterprise GRC integration for customers with mature Archer programs. Layer 1 evidence mapped to control families.

Email / SMTP

Configurable alarm destinations to security distribution lists, SOC mailboxes, and executive briefings.

Identity & Directory

Login, role, and audit logs.

LDAP / Active Directory

Native LDAP authentication for platform users. AD groups map to CybrIQ roles for least-privilege access.

SAML / SSO

SAML 2.0 single sign-on supported for SaaS-managed deployments. Okta, Azure AD, Ping, and OneLogin tested.

Audit log export

All admin actions, policy changes, and operator decisions exportable to the SIEM and the customer's audit-log archive.

Don't see yours?

Most enterprise customers run a mix we have not formally cataloged. The CybrIQ platform exposes a full REST API with 314 endpoints for ingesting, querying, and dispatching every record the platform produces. Custom integrations are scoped during the working session and shipped as part of the SupportIQ engagement when applicable.
