Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-06.
What this covers
This Privacy Policy describes how CybrIQ ('we,' 'us') collects, uses, and shares information when you visit cybriq.io, contact us, or use the CybrIQ platform under a separate customer agreement. Customer-environment data processed by the platform itself is governed by the customer agreement (DPA, BAA, or equivalent) signed at deployment, not by this policy.
Information we collect on cybriq.io
We collect information you provide directly: name, work email, company, role, and the contents of any message you send through the contact form, by email, or during a working session. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on cybriq.io.
Server logs from cybriq.io capture standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for the operational purposes of running the site and protecting it from abuse. Logs are retained for the minimum period necessary to satisfy those purposes.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your request, schedule the working session you booked, send the security partnership package, and follow up on subsequent stages of the evaluation. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who run our infrastructure (email, calendar, customer relationship management) under contracts that restrict their use of that information to providing services to us. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of CybrIQ or our customers, or in connection with a transaction such as a merger or asset transfer.
Your rights
If you are in a jurisdiction with applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Send those requests to contact_us@cybriq.io; we respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.
Customer-environment data (Device DNA™ telemetry)
If your organization is a CybrIQ customer, the platform processes Layer 1 telemetry from your environment as described in the Trust & Security page and your customer agreement. CybrIQ does not capture application-layer payloads, user identity, or AV media content; the platform watches the wire, not the meeting. See the Trust & Security page for the operational detail.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after the change constitutes acceptance.
