I need to know the meeting rooms still hold what we installed.: RoomIQ. It watches the switch each room hangs off, around the clock.
I need every port in every building watched, including ports in no room.: SpacesIQ. Anything new is named the day it appears.
Something broke this morning and nobody knows what changed.: CrossConnect. It keeps yesterday's copy of the network and names the change.
Our drawings, configs and spreadsheets disagree.: CrossTrust. It quotes each contradiction to the file and line.

Two naming families. RoomIQ and SpacesIQ run continuously, on your hardware or hosted by us in a region you pick. The six Cross products run only on your own machines. CrossScan, CrossTrust, CrossCheck and CrossRoom are desktop apps you open when a job calls for one; CrossConnect and CrossVenue stay running on a host of yours.

Every other question needs a real list of what is connected. So most people start with CrossScan.

An auditor will ask where the evidence runs out. Each product answers with a word or a number, and its own page explains what would lift it.

CrossScan: Unknown
What a device is called when its signature is too thin to name. It stays on the map with its port, so somebody can go and look.
RoomIQ: weak
What a thin match is called. It never counts as confirmed.
SpacesIQ: unplaced
What a device is called when it is on a port we read but in no room we know. It stays listed, and no room is guessed.
CrossConnect: no path
What it reports when it cannot prove a route end to end. It names the hop it lost instead of assuming one.
CrossTrust: no answer
Two documents disagree and neither outweighs the other. It says so, and names the check that would settle it.
CrossCheck: 60
The highest score it gives a verdict built on a remembered firmware version. Passing takes 75, so read the real version first.
CrossRoom: 74
Its ceiling when any part of the call went unmeasured, so a half-seen room can never pass as fine.
CrossVenue: no forecast
What it says when the meter data has a gap. A missing hour lowers the confidence, and the hour is never interpolated away.
