One question each. Buy the one you need.
You never have to take the set. Each of the eight is complete by itself, and it works the same whether or not a second one ever arrives.
Find your situation. The product is next to it.
- I need a list of what is plugged in, once.
- CrossScan. One switch, one afternoon, and a port-by-port file you keep.
- I need to know the meeting rooms still hold what we installed.
- RoomIQ. It watches the switch each room hangs off, around the clock.
- I need every port in every building watched, including ports in no room.
- SpacesIQ. Anything new is named the day it appears.
- Something broke this morning and nobody knows what changed.
- CrossConnect. It keeps yesterday's copy of the network and names the change.
- Our drawings, configs and spreadsheets disagree.
- CrossTrust. It quotes each contradiction to the file and line.
- A firmware upgrade is scheduled for the next change window.
- CrossCheck. Go, Caution or No-Go before the window opens.
- A call went badly and every dashboard stayed green.
- CrossRoom. It scores the call in thirty-second slices and names the device.
- I answer for a venue's utility bill.
- CrossVenue. It puts the event calendar next to the meters, with the arithmetic shown.
Two naming families. RoomIQ and SpacesIQ run continuously, on your hardware or hosted by us in a region you pick. The six Cross products run only on your own machines. CrossScan, CrossTrust, CrossCheck and CrossRoom are desktop apps you open when a job calls for one; CrossConnect and CrossVenue stay running on a host of yours.

They chain. Each one hands the next something it needs.
Find where the plan, the paperwork and the network disagree.
Turn the building into the decisions somebody has to make today.
Every other question needs a real list of what is connected. So most people start with CrossScan.
Where each product stops, and what it says when it does.
An auditor will ask where the evidence runs out. Each product answers with a word or a number, and its own page explains what would lift it.
-
CrossScan: UnknownWhat a device is called when its signature is too thin to name. It stays on the map with its port, so somebody can go and look.
-
RoomIQ: weakWhat a thin match is called. It never counts as confirmed.
-
SpacesIQ: unplacedWhat a device is called when it is on a port we read but in no room we know. It stays listed, and no room is guessed.
-
CrossConnect: no pathWhat it reports when it cannot prove a route end to end. It names the hop it lost instead of assuming one.
-
CrossTrust: no answerTwo documents disagree and neither outweighs the other. It says so, and names the check that would settle it.
-
CrossCheck: 60The highest score it gives a verdict built on a remembered firmware version. Passing takes 75, so read the real version first.
-
CrossRoom: 74Its ceiling when any part of the call went unmeasured, so a half-seen room can never pass as fine.
-
CrossVenue: no forecastWhat it says when the meter data has a gap. A missing hour lowers the confidence, and the hour is never interpolated away.
Whichever you buy, it obeys the same three rules.
CrossScan
What is even on my network?

RoomIQ
Is the thing in this room the thing we installed?

Runs continuously, every buildingWatches every port in every building without stopping, so anything new shows up the day it appears.
CrossConnect
Is it right, and what breaks if it fails?
Runs every day, from now onKeeps discovering the network and holds what you meant to build apart from what it found.
CrossTrust
Can I believe any of this paperwork?
Run before you trust the documentationReads your own drawings and configs against each other and shows where they contradict, both sides cited to the line.
CrossCheck
Will this change break the room?
Run before you touch anythingRehearses a firmware change against a model of your own gear and answers Go, Caution or No-Go, with the fix.
CrossRoom
Why was that call so bad?
Run after the meetingRebuilds the call thirty seconds at a time, scores what the people in the room heard, then names one layer and one device.
CrossVenue
What is tonight costing me?
