Last updated: 2026-05-06.

Acceptance

By accessing cybriq.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Use of the CybrIQ platform under a customer agreement is separately governed by that agreement; these terms cover the website itself.

Intellectual property

The cybriq.io site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the patented Device DNA™ approach referenced throughout, is owned by CybrIQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and patent law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the site without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use cybriq.io to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to disrupt, probe, or interfere with the site's operation; (c) attempt to access non-public areas, systems, or data; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) collect information about other users.

No warranty

The site is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, security, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CybrIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of cybriq.io. Direct damages are limited to the greater of US$100 or any amounts paid by you to CybrIQ for use of the site (zero, in most cases).

Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party sites (calendar booking, video hosting, partner sites). CybrIQ does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after the change constitutes acceptance.
