What this site collects, what it does not, and how the underlying tools handle data.
This site
The CybrIQ × Utelogy partnership site is a marketing site. It collects the following:
- First-party analytics. Aggregated page-view counts, with anonymized IP, sent to a server CybrIQ operates. No cross-site tracking. No remarketing identifiers.
- The combined-savings calculator. Every calculation runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter never leave the page. There is no server-side submission.
- Cookies. A minimal session cookie for the consent banner. No third-party cookies are loaded. The site does not embed marketing pixels.
Email contact
If you email contact_us@cybriq.io, the contents of the email are read by a CybrIQ team member and routed to the appropriate engineer or account contact. Your address is not enrolled in any newsletter, marketing automation system, or remarketing campaign. The email and any follow-up correspondence are retained for the duration of the conversation and the standard CybrIQ records retention policy.
The underlying products
The CybrIQ and Utelogy products themselves handle customer data on the customer's own infrastructure for the customer-installed deployment shape. The partnership-site privacy posture is separate from each product's own privacy and data-handling documentation, which is provided directly to customers as part of the contracting process.
CybrIQ data posture
CybrIQ identifies devices from switch-side signals (link negotiation, MAC OUI, LLDP, port statistics, VLAN context). The product does not inspect packet contents, does not place agents on managed endpoints, and does not require outbound vendor connectivity for operation. Customer device inventories stay on customer-controlled hardware in the customer-installed deployment.
Utelogy data posture
Utelogy operates Utelyze in customer-installed and Utelogy-hosted forms at the customer's option. For specific data-handling commitments related to Utelyze, the Utelogy team provides their own privacy and data-processing documentation directly to customers as part of the contracting process.
Your rights
If you have provided an email address to CybrIQ and want it removed from our records, write to contact_us@cybriq.io with subject “Records request.” We will confirm receipt and complete the removal within standard business turnaround.
