- The integrator already on the account.
- The driver for the conversation: cyber-insurance renewal, audit cycle (SOC 2 / ISO / CMMC / FISMA / state), Section 889 review, room-modernization, or operational ticket volume.
- 2–3 calendar windows that work for a 30-minute call.
